Description

You, your group or a local restaurant can sponsor a meal for our CASA youth as they learn about skills to transition into independent living at the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Brown County office.

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Brown County is a volunteer-based nonprofit organization that provides a voice for children/youth who have experienced abuse and/or neglect and are under the legal protection of the court system.

Each meal helps fuel CASA youth to successfully learn independent living skills and fueling them up to finish the day strong!  This is a great family friendly volunteer opportunity!

Next Steps:

  • Provide lunch/dinner for CASA youth and their CASA volunteer at the CASA of Brown County office before a class on independent living skills. Typically, between 10-20 youth & volunteers.

  • We will let you know the final count 5 days in advance.

  • Make a meal or pick it up from a local restaurant of your choice.

  • CASA youth love what all teens like to eat…. pizza, tacos, sub sandwiches, and pasta!

  • This is a family friendly opportunity-kids can cook too!

  • Drop it off (and all needed utensils) at the CASA of Brown County office at a scheduled time.

  • You can pick-up any personal equipment/utensils the next day at CASA of Brown County.

  • Due to the confidentiality of our CASA youth, community members are unable to serve/meet/visit with youth.

  • Your donation is tax-deductible and we will provide you with a letter.
