Summary:
The Media Data Coordinator helps build and strengthen relationships with national media outlets to increase awareness and support for Acts 1:8 Ministry. This role plays a key part in advancing our mission of “Equipping Christians to evangelize through kindness” by ensuring our message reaches a broader audience through strategic media engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
ØContact national Christian radio stations to inform them about Acts 1:8 Ministry, our mission, and our free outreach resources.
ØSend the station our Public Service Announcement (PSA) to play on-air, every 6 months.
ØFollow up with a phone call to the radio Stations, every 6 months.
ØSchedule an interview for the Ministry Coordinator, whenever possible.
ØOther duties as assigned.
Requirements:

ØCustomer Service Skills / Public Relations experience.
ØTime management and organizational skills
ØProblem solving skills.
ØStrong interpersonal skills
ØComputer, Google Sheets, and phone skills
Training and Supervision:
Ø Detail training of project – written and verbal (done by zoom if remote).
Ø Details of each script are available for email and calling.
Ø Practice call done by trainer before trainee.
Ø Supervision and training are done by the Volunteer Coordinator.

Ø Located in our home office in Green Bay, WI.
