Volunteer Shifts (flexibility is available):
- Monday- 9:00 to 1:00 or Noon to 4:00
- Tuesday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Merchandise Preparation Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Answer customer questions and donor questions as needed
- Assist customers with loading and unloading merchandise
Merchandising
- Price, organize and place merchandise in appropriate departments
- Clean merchandise
Donation Receiving
- Unload donations
- Fill out donation slips
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Cheerful and upbeat customer service skills
Training & Resources Provided:
- 1/2 hour orientation
- 4 hour training with ReStore staff member or experienced volunteer
- Staff support is always available to assist with questions
