Hops on the Hill 2025
Craft beers, food samples, raffles, auctions and MORE will fill the park for this 21+ evening! Learn more about one of the biggest events of our summer season here! Then join in on the fun by signing up for one of our multiple volunteer shifts!
Volunteers will have the opportunity to enjoy the food and drinks after their shifts have concluded.

Thursday 07/24 Arrival Time- 4:30PM (End time subject to need of position)
Volunteer Positions:
YOU WILL BE PLACED IN A POSITION WHEN YOU SIGN UP. IF YOU HAVE A PREFERENCE, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN THE "NOTE" BOX UPON SIGN-UP. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
Check in Area - SPOTS FILLED!!
CHECK IN, 4:30PM-6:30pm (6 PEOPLE NEEDED): Check people in, collect tickets, check IDs, put on wrist bands, hand out program/ tasting cups, direct participants to event location
Areas Stationed: Gate 1
In Event Area
RAFFEL/ AUCTION - 4:30-8:00pm (6 PEOPLE NEEDED): Work with staff to maintain the raffle/ auction area and assist with bids and entries as needed:
Auction (total 3): Help keep an eye on auction area and assist with online auction platform as needed
50/50 (total 3)– walk around event area collecting money and handing out tickets for 50/50
PARK FLOATER - 4:30-8:00pm (3 PEOPLE NEEDED): Direct guests,
restock supplies as needed, clean tables, and basically help keep the park
looking its best!
FOOD SERVER - 3:45-7:15pm (8-16 PEOPLE NEEDED): Serve food samples to guests.
Follow food safety protocols
TRAM DRIVER - 4:45pm-7:45pm (1 PEOPLE NEEDED): Drive attendees around the park, hop on hop off style.
