Red Cross: Community Liaison (deployment)

During large disasters is it vital for the Red Cross to work with communities. Volunteers are needed who can "connect the dots" and bring partners together. During these times, an individual who can negotiate compromise and tolerate ambiguity, particularly to meet sudden and unpredictable needs is key.
