The Outpatient Surgery Ambassador is an individual who has a warm and inviting presence. Ambassadors first steps should make sure all visitors are met with a friendly greeting. Ambassadors guide, assist, and make patient/visitors arrivals seamless and a delightful experience. They provide helpful information, answer questions, help them with wheelchair assistance, and help patients get to and from their appointments.
All volunteers interested should be 15 years of age or older.
